stakeholder engagement process for the Strategic Operations
(StratOps) organization. Research, assess and present competitive
intelligence for the defense and intelligence markets. Assist in
developing long-range strategic plans for the Space & Mission
Systems sector.The Strategic Operations (StratOps) Strategic
Capabilities Unit, consists of Washington DC Operations, Marketing
& Communications and Strategic Development. The StratOps team
promotes and elevates the business within our markets, works with
customers and industry to influence and drive growth and facilitate
collaboration across the business enterprise to increase
opportunities.What You'll Do:
- Create and maintain a prioritized list of stakeholder
engagements for the defense and intelligence markets, collaborating
closely with the StratOps and the Strategic Business Units (SBU)
teams.
- Lead the enterprise process to coordinate goals and strategy
for the defense and intelligence SBUs, and specific messaging and
presentations for significant engagements.
- Consolidate and maintain messaging topics relevant to current
defense and intelligence pursuits and programs.
- Synthesize content from engagements to deliver insightful
feedback to SBUs regarding specific pursuits or ongoing
programs.
- Facilitate post-engagement debrief sessions, particularly for
major events, to collect and share and lessons learned for
continuous improvement.
- Develop and curate a repository of best practices and resources
for effective engagement management and consistency in messaging
across business units and customer segments.
- Lead the preparation for defense and intelligence VIP visits,
in close partnership with StratOps and appropriate SBUs.
- Conduct competitive analysis studies, maintain surveillance
over markets, review other new ventures and provide data-based
recommendations to guide investments for program pursuits.
- Develop strategic framework packages, as a key input to the
sectors' strategic plan.
- Conduct classified market sizing/market assessment
activities.
- Research, analyze, and communicate relevant emerging
opportunities (i.e., RFIs, RFPs, etc.) posted to classified sites
related to sector strategy.
- Attend major classified conferences to gather market and
competitive intelligence, and summarize key points related to
sector programs or pursuits.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within
the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic
Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with
others in order to maintain a positive and productive work
environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.On-Site Work Environment:
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working
on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the
primary work location. Travel and local commute between company
campuses and other possible non-company locations may be
required.Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory,
cleanroom, or production floor. Required Education, Experience, &
Skills
- BS/BA in a related field plus 6 years or more of related
experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may
substitute for two years of experience. Related technical
experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be
from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an
agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department
of Education.
- A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
- Ability to pursue a CI Poly
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources,
determine and communicate relevant information and
intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary
team environment.
- Interest and knowledge in physical sciences, engineering,
technology, and aerospace.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Working knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- DACIS and Govwin (not required).
- Experience with industry standard CRM tools is desired.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $108500 - $147000Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
