Job Description:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative
assistant to support a growing team of 4 to 7 high-performing real
estate agents. In this role, you'll assist with daily
administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate appointments and
showings, and help keep our agents organized and efficient.A key
part of your role will involve nurturing leads by maintaining our
CRM, assisting with follow-up communications, and ensuring no
opportunities fall through the cracks. You'll also support team
marketing initiatives, help prepare materials for client meetings,
and assist with organizing a monthly newsletter and open houses.The
ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy,
and enjoys being the go-to support person who helps the team stay

you!Compensation:$40,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Provide
day-to-day administrative support to a team of 4 to 7 real estate
agents, including scheduling and coordinating appointments and
showings.Maintain and manage the team's CRM, ensuring lead records
are up to date and no follow-up opportunities are missed.Assist
with lead nurturing by supporting follow-up communications through
calls, texts, emails, or automated workflows.Help prepare
client-facing materials and support marketing efforts such as
monthly newsletters, social media content, and open house
coordination.Keep the team organized and on track by managing
calendars, task lists, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced
environment.Qualifications:Must have a valid Real Estate
License
Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and
weekends
Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Great written and verbal skills
Previous experience in the real estate industry
