Job Description A local Aerospace company is looking for a
Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you have at
least 2 years of customer service/client management experience,
this could be a great fit for you! The company specializes in the
distribution of fasteners (nuts and bolts) for the Aerospace
Industry. They are looking for an experienced administrative
personnel. In this role you will be interacting with customers,
manufacturers, vendor, departments. You will also be responsible
for various office duties and clerical tasks. Customer Service
Representatives are responsible for supporting the sales staff and
maintaining accurate records. This is a fun and friendly
environment with a close-knit family oriented team. If you have
excellent written/verbal communication skills, great telephone
etiquette and are a team player, you would be a perfect fit.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties: Customer Interface via
phone or email. Contacting manufacturers for pricing. Follow up on
open purchase orders. Assist assigned sales associates with
miscellaneous clerical and research tasks. Customer Service
Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and
Outlook Three years of experience in customer service Experienced
with multi-line phone systems, scheduling, and collaborative team
environments Typing speed of 50 WPM and ability to multitask
effectively Pay: $19 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
