well-rounded senior operations leader to shape the future of a
premier high-end residential landscaping firm. The GM will have
full operational and financial responsibility and will guide a
highly talented, low-turnover team through sustainable growth. With

Key Responsibilities Intentional Leadership Lead with intentional,
strategic, and tactical leadership that inspires an ownership
mentality that achieves results with accountability,
high-performance, and KPIs. Encourage each person to maximize their
contributions and to celebrate results. Deliver clear and impactful
communications through various mediums with consistency,
reinforcing strategic and tactical goals and progress. Lead by

respect. Financial Acumen - Revenue Growth Deliver consistent
annual revenue growth, cash flow, and profitability. Manage the
P&L to meet the established revenue, profit, and cash flow
goals. Drive operations with efficiency to ensure profitability.
Drive the sales cycle to ensure revenue from market development,
lead generation, pricing/estimate/proposal excellence. Manage risk
to ensure enduring success with early identification and
countermeasures. Project Management & Delivery Excellence Oversee
daily operational activities, providing proactive tactical
direction to the team. Guide the team to operational excellence
through process focus, efficiency, collaboration, and empowerment.
Establish a culture and collective team mindset of results
orientation and continuous improvement. Talent Management
Prioritize attraction, selection, development, and retention as top
ongoing activities. Grow a culture that embraces talent management
as a critical initiative and competitive advantage. Requirements:
15 years of experience in high-end residential landscape
design/build construction and maintenance services with full
operations and P&L responsibility and a track record of
profitable success.
