Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities by maintaining and repairing utility systems and machinery. The technician will tackle challenges in a diverse array of equipment and systems, ensuring all are operating at peak performance, which is critical to our food production and supply processes. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to ensure uninterrupted service. Troubleshoot and repair issues with machinery and utility systems, minimizing downtime. Record and report maintenance and repairs timely and accurately. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Collaborate with other technicians and management team to improve maintenance procedures. Strong mechanical and electrical skills Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Proficient in the use of hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork capabilities Medical Insurance 401k Profit Sharing HVAC certification (preferred) Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or similar (beneficial)
