Job Description Job Description CAS Engineering, leading Civil Engineering Firm, located in Frederick, Maryland, is currently hiring survey-techs and surveyors with 1-2 years of experience. Surveyor will perform broad range of duties including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys. Ability to work both on a team and individually with desire for long-term growth and licensure. Full-time employment Job Duties and Qualifications: - 1-2 years or more land surveying experience - Experience with boundary and topographic surveys - Experience with robotic instruments / total stations - Experience with construction stakeout - AutoCAD experience preferred - Must possess attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written - High School diploma required - College degree (Associate’s / Bachelor’s) preferred - Must possess valid driver’s license - Must be able to pass background and drug screening checks Benefits: - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - 401(k) / matching - Tuition reimbursement - Paid time off (vacation and holidays) We are a dynamic land development engineering firm specializing in Montgomery County and District of Columbia projects.
