Schedule service appointments and manage service advisors'
calendars Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service
work Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related
issues Requirements: Prior experience as a service advisor in an
Ford automotive setting Excellent communication and customer
service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment Knowledge of automotive service processes and
