We are seeking a dedicated Principal to lead our PreK-8th grade school with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to Christian education. The ideal candidate will foster a Christ-centered culture, promote academic excellence through innovative leadership, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. This role provides an opportunity to lead with purpose, shaping both the academic and spiritual development of our school community.As Principal, you will provide visionary leadership, nurture a collaborative culture, and work closely with our supportive board and church community. Additionally, as the Grades 5-8 teacher, you will create an engaging learning environment where students excel academically and grow spiritually.Required ExperiencePrevious successful teaching experience is preferred, with at least 3 years of teaching experience being ideal. Candidates should hold a BS or BA in elementary education and current NAD certification. Salary and benefits are aligned with the denominational wage scale policy.
