Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services to students in a
dynamic school setting in Alexandria, VA. This full-time contract
position offers an opportunity to deliver impactful support to K-12
students, fostering their communication skills and overall academic
success. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech,
language, and communication disorders in children across a wide age
range (K-12). Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to
each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed
records and progress reports. Manage a caseload of approximately 55
students. Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist
with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Licensed or eligible
for licensure in Virginia. Experience or eligibility in Pediatric
Speech-Language Pathology and working in school settings.
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Strong
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Job
Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid
lunch. Contract period from August 7, 2026 (start date one week
prior to student arrival) through June 11, 2027. Caseload includes
students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Benefits and Perks:
