Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
opportunity is available for a School Psychologist at a middle
school in Woodbridge, VA. This contract position starts as soon as
possible and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY).
The role requires supporting students, staff, and families by
providing psychological services that promote academic achievement,
social-emotional development, and behavioral support within a
middle school setting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct
comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for middle
school students. - Collaborate with educators, administrators, and
families to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) and interventions. - Provide counseling and crisis
intervention services to students. - Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and support positive school climate
initiatives. - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
state and federal regulations. Qualifications and Experience: -
Active state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. -
Prior experience working with middle school or high school students
is preferred. - Strong skills in school-based psychology practices
and experience with assessment tools. - Ability to work full-time
with flexibility to meet school needs. - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse
stakeholders. Location: Woodbridge, VA (Middle School location to
