Job Description:

We are working with a client who is looking to bring on a Top Secret Cleared Web Applications Support Engineer who will sit On-Site at our client's site in the Metro DC Area. This will be a Contract to Hire Opportunity, and our client prefers candidates who have an Active Top Secret Clearance, but they will entertain and consider candidates who have an Active Secret Clearance but are eligible for a Top Secret.Due to the nature of the work and the US Govt as well as our client's requirements, Rules and Regulations, candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship and at minimum provide proof of at least an Active DoD Secret Clearance.Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of an Active Secret Clearance (Prefer Top Secret)
• Must have extensive experience with Apache TomCat (Applying, Configuring, Installing, and upgrading)
• Proficiency in installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and hardening of mid-tier tools (TomCat, JBoss, Oracle Applications)
• Providing support for all Web Applications and supporting the various Development teams - configuring and tuning web applications
• Must have a BA/BS Degree or a minimum of 10 years of experience in app support
