Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a diligent Production Operator to assist in loading and unloading materials, support machine operators, and sort parts into crates. While the parts are small and lightweight, the crates may become heavy when full. Responsibilities Assist machine operators in daily tasks. Load and unload materials efficiently. Sort and organize small parts into crates. Utilize hand tools and follow blueprints for assembly tasks. Conduct inspection and quality checks on parts. Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation, assembly, and general labor. Familiarity with forklifts and packaging processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
