We are currently seeking a skilled Sr Mechanic to join our team, ensuring the optimal performance of our mechanical systems in energy production and distribution. This position is crucial in maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and safety in all operational processes. The Sr Mechanic will handle complex mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide maintenance and repairs as needed. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on various mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair advanced mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop strategies that improve reliability and reduce downtime. Maintain documentation regarding maintenance procedures and machine histories. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems as needed. Provide training and support to junior mechanics. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in the energy sector Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Proficiency with mechanical tools and equipment Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized industry authority (e.g., ASE) Safety certifications such as OSHA or MSHA training preferred
