Job Description Job Description Job Title: Solderer Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Solderer Assembler, where you will be responsible for manufacturing and production duties. This role requires a strong working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001 standards. You will effectively operate visual magnification devices, as well as basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices. This position demands self-direction in a fast-paced environment, fostering professional relationships with staff and management, and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Assemble and solder electronic circuit boards and components. Operate within a cleanroom environment adhering to production standards. Utilize microscopes and other magnification devices for detailed work. Conduct inspections ensuring compliance with Class 3 PCB standards. Work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members. Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based applications for documentation purposes. Essential Skills 3 years of experience in PCB inspection, surface mount, and through-hole electronics. Proficiency in using electronic and mechanical measuring devices. Ability to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or production environments. Acceptable visual acuity and eye-hand coordination. Certification or ability to acquire operator certification for IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. Why Work Here? The facility includes a cleanroom where assembly and soldering tasks are performed. Dress code is casual, and shifts are available from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
