We’re hiring a Commercial Mechanical HVAC Service Technician in
Waldorf, MD and surrounding areas to diagnose, maintain, and repair
commercial HVAC systems while providing an excellent customer
experience. Key Responsibilities Travel to multiple commercial
sites daily to service and repair HVAC equipment. Interpret
electrical and mechanical schematics to troubleshoot effectively.
Utilize deep understanding of the refrigeration cycle and gas-fired
heating systems. Execute preventive maintenance inspections and
procedures. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
and service vehicle. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate
PPE. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
Present a professional image to customers and colleagues. Perform
additional duties as directed by the Supervisor. Qualifications
Commercial HVAC experience: 5 years (Preferred). EPA Certification
(Required). Valid Driver’s License (Required). Demonstrated
proficiency in HVAC/R Systems, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and
Repair. Tools, Training, and Technology Company-provided
large/major tools and equipment. Company cell phone and tablet.
Factory-authorized training, in-house training school, and
on-the-job training. Exposure to and work with HVAC Systems across
commercial environments. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly
