Job Description Job Description BIM Coordinator Job Title: BIM Coordinator Job Location: Fairfax, VA (on-site) Job Salary: $80k - $120k Salary Benefits Requirements: BIM, Revit, Electrical, Construction Based in Fairfax, VA, we are a full-service IBEW Union Electrical Contracting firm completing well in excess of $500 million of electrical work and over 3,000 projects. Due to growth, we're seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team! Must have 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator and proficiency in Revit. Electrical Construction experience is highly preferred. What You Will Be Doing Model electrical systems based on markup drawings and/or verbal direction provided by electrical detailers Setup of Revit views and sheets in preparation for shop drawings Annotate and dimension shop drawings for field installation What You Need for this Position Must Have Skills: 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator Revit experience Nice to have skills: Electrical Construction experience If hired, you will be rewarded with an offer that includes: 1.) $80k -$120k Salary 2.)
