Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The Program Manager is responsible for serving as the customers primary POC provide supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the subject effort, supervise on-going efforts, and manage contract performanceMaintains ultimate responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the requirement to include both technical issues and businesses processesResponsible for committing the TekSynap organization and make decisions for the organization in response to customer issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the customer to potential contractual or programmatic issuesThe PM shall be readily available to respond to customer questions, concerns, and commentsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS--- Experience in completing, leading, or directing the work of others on projects similar to the size, scope, and complexity of the work and environment described in the Task Areas.--- Managerial experience providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.--- Experience with the management and supervision of teams comprised of technical multi- discipline employees and teaming partners/subcontractors.--- Experience with risk management and problem solving.--- Experience with customer service, including ability to communicate clearly with both operational teams and senior leadership.
