within Leidos' DISA IT Group is seeking a Task Order Deputy Program
Manager for the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO)
Operations Task Order for the GIG Service Management - Operations
II (GSM-O II) contract. This individual should have excellent
communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills to
function in a high-paced, dynamic environment.With the CESO
program, the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to
transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, used
to provide secure information sharing to the community, into a more
mature service offering to meet the DoD and IC community. As part
of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud
migration and fully automate the continuous development &
continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation,
professionalize services - ITIL/DevSecOps based processes, improve
the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve
development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund
(DWCF) Model.This position is in Arlington, VA with
occasional/situational local travel.Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in executing the programmatic
(cost, schedule, performance) responsibility for the execution of
the task orders
- Ability to gain internal support and consensus; ability to
operate independently using solid judgment and without extensive
supervision or feedback
- Ensure execution of the technical performance and ensure
delivery of proposal commitments
- Deliver exceptional service to DISA by leading the team
delivering a range of service
- Communicate critical and time sensitive program-related
information directly to the GSM-O II Leadership, or other delegated
Government program personnel
- Perform as key point of contact for client relations and engage
regularly to determine priorities based on the Customer
guidance
- Ability to establish an effective working relationship with
customers, technical staff, managers and peers; ability to motivate
employees and ensure engagement
- Ability to partner with infrastructure support personnel to
include project control, finance, contracts, subcontracts, HR,
recruiting, and business development personnel to effectively
manage, grow, and re-compete programsBasic Qualifications
- Candidate must possess an active DOD Top Secret level security
clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years of prior relevant
experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant
experience.
- Experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- Experience shall include regular communications with the
supported organization's senior leadership and direct
accountability for managed activities.
- Proven ability to connect with and effectively lead a high
performing diverse team of varying levels of experience.
- Previous experience with supporting / leading proposals to
achieve on-contract growth.
- Experience leading programs with year over year financial
growth and strong margin growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capability
- Experience and ability to successfully negotiate and influence
others to understand and accept new concepts, practices and
approaches.
- Ability to drive employee culture change and
transformation.
- Experience leading teams in a high op-temp, top secret
environmentPreferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Exposure to Cloud Computing concepts
- Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission

posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 -
$183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general
guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal
equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement
