Assistant Director of Disability Services and Wellness

The (OAS) is responsible for ensuring that law students with
disabilities are granted reasonable accommodations in accordance
with the ADA, Section 504, and University policy. The OAS team
works in partnership with Law Center faculty, staff, and students
to promote environments that are accessible, sustainable, and
inclusive by:
Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Associate
Director's responsibilities include:
Work Interactions
The Associate Director will regularly interact with the Assistant
Director and Coordinator in order to facilitate implementation of
reasonable accommodations. Under supervision of the Director, the
Associate Director will regularly consult with the Office of the
Registrar to plan for several exam administration periods each
semester. The Associate Director will also interact with faculty to
implement student requests for accommodated timed assessments and
facilitate classroom based accommodations. Finally, the incumbent
will interact with various campus partners, including but not
limited to, Information Systems Technology (IST), the Office of
Residence Life & Student Housing, and Planning & Facilities
Management to ensure that students' access needs are met.

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which
represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$47,586.00 - $87,558.13
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but
not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications,
experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the
University's business needs and external factors.
