Pediatric Hospitalist APP OpportunityInova Health System is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team at Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate APP to provide expert care to children from birth to young adulthood in our pediatric medical unit, Intermediate Care unit, and consultative services to our surgical colleagues.Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate care for patients with medical needs from multiple subspecialties on the inpatient unit
• Liaise with case managers, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality of care
• Encourage and participate in an outstanding patient experience
• Actively participate in the education of medical students during their shifts
• Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekendsAbout Inova Children's HospitalInova L.J.
