*Job Responsibilities: *
* Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
* Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
* Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
* Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

*Additional Requirements:*
* *Experience: *A minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. _Strongly prefer 2 years of Pediatric ED experience._
* *Education*: BSN or ADN (_If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 5 years of start date_)
* *Licensure: *BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required, RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
* *Work Schedule*: Full Time, 3x12's, Night Shift
