Baltimore, Maryland, 21239! Job Title: Med Surg Float RN

of 2 years of MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required Travel

Certifications: ACLS and BLS required CPI and NIHSS preferred
Must-Have: Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm
Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score
of 100% on lethal rhythms. Every 3rd weekend required Float
required to multiple units as needed Description: This position is
for a Med Surg Float RN. The role requires floating to Medical
Surgical, Intermediate Care, and Emergency Department settings as
needed. Travelers will be expected to float to the Emergency
Department to care for boarders and/or float to inpatient units to
care for patients. Experience in ER holding is required. The
successful candidate must have an understanding of managing
dysrhythmias and be skilled in telemetry monitoring. The ability to
provide care for adult and geriatric patients is required.
Interdisciplinary support includes various healthcare
professionals. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in
accessing and managing ports, blood product administration, and IV
protocols. Additional skills include the management of chest tubes,
feeding tubes, and post-operative care for various cardiac
procedures. The position also involves the use of rapid response
and code teams when necessary. Willingness to float to different
