Cath Lab Tech Location: Rosedale, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,585 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9 hours (07:00 - 16:30) Experience: 2 years required with Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac procedures, Electrophysiology experience preferred. License: State licensed Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS Must-Have: Experience scrubbing for cath lab cases. Experience with Accurate monitoring and Equipment set up. Experience with Cardiac Implant Closure Device and Cardiac Stent Placement. Experience with IABP Placement/Removal. Experience with Temporary and Permanent Pacemaker insertion. Experience with performing EKG lead placement. Knowledge of life-threatening arrhythmias. Experience as a room circulator and maintaining a sterile field. Description: The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting with various cardiac procedures. The shift will be 4 days a week, working Monday through Friday. On-call requirements include 10 call shifts per month. This includes one Friday shift and three 24-hour weekend call shifts. No additional weekend requirements are expected. The patient population consists of adults and geriatrics. The technologist will support diagnostic cardiac cath lab and interventional procedures. Preferred experience includes working in an Electrophysiology Lab. The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of cardiac equipment and procedural skills. Experience with vascular closure systems and isolation precautions is preferred. The role enhances collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
