Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Surgical Services Nurse - Day Shift/n/n Location/n Not specified /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n 4x10-Hour Day Shift (07:00 - 19:30) with a minimum of 1 weekend a month. /n/nJob Description/n We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Services Nurse with a strong background in surgical procedures and patient care. This position requires the ability to handle a variety of surgical cases and maintain high standards of care. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Manage and assist in surgical procedures. /n - Monitor and assess patient conditions pre- and post-operation. /n - Ensure patient safety and implement infection control protocols. /n - Administer medical treatments and medication as needed. /n - Collaborate with surgical teams and provide support during operations. /n - Participate in patient education and advocacy. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of Charge Nurse experience. /n - Preferred experience in Community Hospitals and Trauma Level I & II. /n - Certification in BLS and CNOR required. /n - Experience with Epic charting system. /n - Must have an active MD or Compact License at the time of submission. /n - References from recent employers: 1 supervisor/manager and 1 charge RN. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
