Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,172 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse (Neuro Focus) – Maryland Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Baltimore, Maryland Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week, 5:1 patient ratio, every other weekend and holiday rotation required Highlights: Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a Certified Stroke Center with Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring capabilities Diverse patient population including neuro-specific diagnoses and telemetry overflow patients Excellent skill-building opportunity across multiple specialties and patient types 40 hours of orientation provided; Cerner EMR experience preferred Contract length flexible; longer assignments available Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, pharmacy, lift teams, and rapid response Requirements: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Active Maryland or Compact RN license at time of submission Neurology and Med/Surg Telemetry experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Basic EKG proficiency (testing through Prophecy Relias must be completed before orientation) Willingness to float to other Med/Surg and Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers nurses the chance to care for a dynamic patient population in a specialized stroke and epilepsy monitoring environment while maintaining versatility through telemetry overflow responsibilities.
