Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Neuro Location: Richmond, VA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,002 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical RN (Neuro and Trauma) – Virginia Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Richmond, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day or night shift available; 5-6 patient ratio; every 3rd weekend Highlights: 18-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in neuro and trauma patient populations Collaborative team environment with clinical coordinator support on every shift Utilize Meditech EMR and current medical equipment including central lines, feeding pumps, IVs, and drains Participate in bedside procedures such as lumbar punctures, wound care, central line dressing changes, and tube feedings Opportunities to develop strong neuro assessment and critical care skills Floating to other medical-surgical units as needed Requirements: Active Compact RN license (must be active at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience required BLS and ACLS certification required Strong neuro assessment skills preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team of nursing professionals providing specialized care to neuro and trauma patients.
