Description Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center mission, vision, and value. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Must have recent first-line management experience. 3 years Clinical experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
