Job Description:

PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation, is seeking an experienced Director of Rehab Clinical to oversee the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services. This pivotal role ensures that all patients receive personalized, intensive rehabilitation treatments aimed at fostering independence post-surgery, injury, or illness. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain clinical standards, and contribute to program development. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance administrative functions with clinical oversight, ensuring the highest standard of care and compliance with all regulatory bodies. Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the specific needs of our patients. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accreditation standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers and management to coordinate patient care and enhance service delivery. Manage department budgets and resources effectively. Stay updated with advancements in the field to continuously improve service quality. Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes. Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of rehabilitation services and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design and implement clinical programs Proficiency in regulatory compliance and healthcare accreditation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid and active state license in a healthcare discipline (e.g., PT, OT) Certification in rehabilitation management or administration preferred
