Labor/Delivery RN in Richmond, Virginia, 23235! Job Opportunity –
Labor & Delivery Nurse – Virginia Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every third weekend,
plus 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule Highlights: 24-bed
Maternal Infant Unit in a high-volume birth center 1:1 labor
nurse-to-patient ratio for focused, quality care Postpartum and
nursery ratios of 5-6:1 Work with GE fetal monitors and
Meditech/CPN EMR systems Full-spectrum maternal-newborn care
including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn services
Supportive team environment with dedicated leadership and educator
support on day shift Requirements: Minimum 2 years of labor and
delivery nursing experience required BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN
Fetal Monitoring certifications required Active RN license in
Virginia or ability to obtain prior to start date LDRP experience
with high birth volumes strongly preferred Why It's a Great
