Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist skilled in
supporting students across multiple grade levels, including Grades
K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. This contract position is situated in
Arlington, VA, offering candidates the chance to work in a dynamic
school environment dedicated to fostering student growth and
success. Responsibilities: Provide individualized occupational
therapy services to students within assigned grade ranges.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to design
and implement effective intervention plans. Conduct assessments and
develop strategies to improve students fine motor skills, sensory
processing, and overall functional abilities. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and
regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team
meetings and contribute to program development. Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience working across
elementary, middle, and high school settings. Strong understanding
of pediatric OT interventions and educational therapy practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
students, staff, and families. Flexibility to manage caseloads and
adapt interventions to diverse student needs. Ability to work
independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position
