Health Therapists to join our supportive, school-based clinical
teams serving children, adolescents, and families across Montgomery

clinical work while the broader team helps address social,
academic, and family needs. This is a year-round, school-based
position embedded in Montgomery County Public Schools, serving
elementary, middle, or high school students. What You’ll Do Provide
individual and family therapy to youth and caregivers Complete
assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Respond to and support
students during crises, with team backup Lead or co-lead
therapeutic and psychoeducational groups Collaborate closely with
teachers, school counselors, administrators, and caregivers
Participate in school meetings (IEP, 504, EMT/ARD, etc.) as
appropriate Work alongside Family Care Managers, Community School
Coordinators, and Youth Development staff so you’re never doing
this work alone Who We’re Looking For We welcome clinicians at
different stages of their professional journey who are passionate
about working with youth and families. Required: Master’s degree in
Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active
Maryland license: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, or LCMFT A Plus
(but not required): Experience with CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Family
Therapy, or other evidence-based models School-based or community
mental health experience Bilingual clinicians (English/Spanish
strongly encouraged to apply) Compensation & Support (Yes, This
Matters) Starting salary: $75,000 (higher with experience and
licensure) Free supervision (individual and group) toward licensure
