Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Must have 2 years of Home Health Occupational Therapy experience.
