Mental Health Therapist I (Dependent license)$60.00-$65.00hr Mental
Health Therapist II (Independent license)$70.00-$75.00hr Position
Overview We’re seeking compassionate, licensed Mental Health
Therapist I & II to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to
children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you’ll conduct
assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful,

Positions Open In-Person Virtual Saturdays Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses (Therapist
II) . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and
monitor client progress Provide compassionate, evidence-based
services to children, youth, and young adults. Maintain timely,
accurate documentation in the EMR and record work hours in the
HRIS. Communicate client needs with supervisors, report safety
concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional
development while maintaining reliable attendance. Requirements:
Qualifications Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years of clinical
experience working directly with clients. Licensure – Mental Health
Therapist I: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S,
LCADC, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, or LGMFT). Licensure –
Mental Health Therapist II: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C,
LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, or LCMFT).
