A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year within a contract position located in Hanover, NH. This role supports behavioral programs in a school setting, serving students within the Mascoma Valley Regional School District. The position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, with a workweek of 32-37.5 hours Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Behavior Specialist in compliance with established protocols. Collect and document accurate data on student behavior and progress toward individualized goals. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff to provide consistent support for students' behavioral development. Maintain confidentiality and follow all ethical guidelines related to student care and data management. Desired Qualifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working in school environments with students requiring behavior interventions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
