Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing
in Medical Surgical/Telemetry. The schedule consists of three
12-hour shifts during the night. The expected patient ratio is 1:5.
The patient population primarily consists of adults with various
diagnoses, including sepsis, UTI, AKI, pneumonia, cholecystitis,
and CHF. The nurse will be required to float within the specialty
and may float to other units as needed. Holidays and weekends are
required as scheduled, with every other weekend being mandatory.
The candidate should have experience with telemetry and management
of cardiac conditions. Candidates must be comfortable floating
within their experience scope without restrictions. This role
necessitates maintaining high standards of patient care while
working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements
