Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Richmond, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,919 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Richmond, Virginia, 23219! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a busy lab required License: Valid nursing license in a compact state Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: EPIC charting experience required Description: Cath lab RN needed for a busy level 1 trauma center. Local applicants are welcome at the same rate. The RN must have specialized cardiac cath experience. The lab performs 18-25 cases per day. Circulating required; monitoring and scrubbing preferred. Procedures include LHC, RHC, biopsy, PCI, peripherals, and structural heart. Familiarity with AORN guidelines is necessary. Special equipment includes GE XRay, GE MacLab, Impella, IABP, FFR, iFR, OCT, IVUS, and vascular ultrasound. Candidates must float within scope as needed. BSN preferred. Facility will review all background checks. There is a natural nail policy in place. All candidates may be required to submit to fingerprinting as per local regulations. Candidates must plan start dates accordingly, as candidates cannot begin with results pending.
