Full-time Description Patient Coordinator – Join Our Team at Summit Smiles! Bridgewater, Virginia 3 years of dental front desk experience REQUIRED Summit Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our collaborative dental team! Our practice is a new modern two-doctor office supported by two full-time hygienists and an amazing team that truly works together to create a great patient experience. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, staying organized, and being part of a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you. Schedule This is a full-time position with flexibility to work either a 4 or 5 day work week , depending on the candidate’s preference. Candidates must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays as part of the schedule. What You’ll Do Welcome and check-in patients while providing an excellent first impression Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Verify insurance and assist with treatment plan coordination Manage patient communication and follow-ups Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications 3 years of dental front desk experience REQUIRED Medicaid knowledge preferred Experience with Open Dental, Dental Intel, and Modento is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Why Join Summit Smiles?
