Job Description:
Full Time Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity The NP/PA will evaluate and manage family medicine patients
within an outpatient/ambulatory setting for acute and chronic
conditions, in addition to preventive and wellness assessments for
patients of all ages. Patient Volume: 80-100 patients per week. Join our team and provide quality care throughout Valley Health
