Aramark is seeking a Food Service Assistant Manager to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing client satisfaction in our food service operations. The successful candidate will oversee various functions ranging from customer service to staff management, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards, and striving for operational excellence. Lead and manage daily operations in the food service department ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. Supervise and train staff, including organizing schedules and assigning duties. Enhance customer satisfaction through high standards of service and quality. Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Implement and reinforce health and safety compliance among staff and operations. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive company image. Analyze staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity.
