As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is an upscale casual full-service restaurant brand with over 20 locations across the U.S., including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nashville, Atlanta, and more. This position offers: Competitive salary Quarterly bonus opportunities Paid training program Comprehensive health benefits package Position Responsibilities: As our General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including: Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards. Daily Operations: Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health/safety standards. Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Financial Management: Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals. Strategic Execution: Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations. Position Qualifications Experience: At least 1 year of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant. Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team. Skills: Proficiency with computers, POS systems (Toast/Teamwork is a plus), and excellent communication skills. Passion: A love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Serve Safe Certified Food Manager Familiarity with labor management, menu planning, and health/safety regulations Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
