In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions to enhance and extend the functionalities of our SharePoint environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and other developers to ensure solutions meet user needs and align with overall business goals.Ready to get started? See what it takes below.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy custom web parts, extensions, and applications using the SharePoint Framework.
• Utilize industry best practices for coding, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.
• Develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for SharePoint solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint Framework solutions with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Automate).
• Utilize REST APIs and other methods to interact with external data sources.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Package and deploy developed solutions to production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in SharePoint Framework and related technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed SharePoint Framework solutions.REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Microsoft certifications may be required
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Framework Developer with 5+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, concepts, and functionalities.
• Experience with React or other front-end development frameworks (a plus).
• Experience with REST APIs and data access techniques.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong technical documentation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently at times under pressure with interruptions, tight deadlines, and minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship.
