What you will be doing: Synergy is looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer to help configure and customize the ServiceNow system. This customization effort includes creating workflows, building service requests from customer requirements, using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts that automate tasks being done in ServiceNow. You will work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed, perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, and monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application. You will work both individually as well as part of team of professionals. You will utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Requirements Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree. Required Capabilities: JavaScript Understanding of ServiceNow Excellent troubleshooting skills Self-motivated and willing to independently learn new technologies and skills Strong desire to learn and grow Requires DoD 8570 Compliance with IAM Level 1 Certification ( i.e. CAP, GSLC, Security ) CLEARANCE REQUIRED Must be fully cleared with an active TS/SCI and the appropriate client polygraph.
