strong. CGI Federal is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to
support a large scale federal agency's Enterprise Output
Architecture (EOA) including EngageOne, AFP resources, ProAFP
conversion, and VTAM Printer Support (VPS). This position is
located in Baltimore, MD Your future duties and responsibilities: .
Maintain and support programmatic and Medicare notice output
processing. . Develop and modify AFP overlays, formdefs, pagedefs,
and print control files. . Support EngageOne configuration,
testing, validation, and control file maintenance. . Conduct
AFP/PDF conversions using ProAFP and maintain related indexing and
routing. . Manage VPS printer definitions, perform validations, and
support DR exercises. . Provide documentation, meeting summaries,
training materials, and issue resolution reports. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: . Ability to obtain
and maintain Public Trust clearance . Bachelor's degree 7 years of
relevant IT experience . Experience with Z/OS (JCL, TSO,
JES2/JES3). . Expertise in AFP print resources and document output
workflows. . Hands-on experience with EngageOne, VPS, or ProAFP
tools. . Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Desired
qualifications/non-essential skills required: . Enterprise print
and document management experience. . Previous experience
supporting Federal Agency EOA environments. CGI is required by law
in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the
compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $63,700.00 -
