Project Manager to oversee a modernization project of a federal
client's case management and data ecosystem. The candidate will
manage the project using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and
successful delivery. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Implement Agile
methodologies to enhance project management processes, ensuring
timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee system
configuration and administration, including approval processes and
supervisor review mechanisms. Drive innovation and efficiency in
future modernization projects, leveraging emerging technologies and
operational efficiencies. Develop and implement risk management
strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project
risks. Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to
ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Optimize resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met
and deliverables are achieved within budget and timeline
constraints. Establish performance metrics to evaluate project
success and identify areas for improvement in future projects. Lead
post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best
practices, driving continuous improvement strategies. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: Proven experience in
project management, particularly in Agile environments for federal
clients. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to
manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Experience in federal project management and compliance
requirements. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in system implementation and user training.
Understanding of federal compliance and security standards. Ability
to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Desired
qualifications/non-essential skills required: Certification in
Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). Familiarity with
Salesforce and data management systems. Experience in managing
federal modernization projects. Knowledge of DOJ or similar federal
agency operations. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to
include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this
role. The determination of this range includes various factors not
limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and
licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for
merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at
or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S.
is $89,600.00 - $194,000.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
