and zoning practice is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to
provide dedicated support to multiple attorneys. This role is ideal
for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced
legal environment and takes pride in polished, accurate work.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and legal
support to three attorneys Draft, edit, proofread, and format
correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents Manage calendars,
schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines Organize and maintain
electronic and physical files Handle time entry, expense reporting,
and general administrative tasks Serve as a reliable point of
contact for internal and external communications Qualifications Six
or more years of experience as a legal secretary or legal
assistant, preferably in land use, zoning, or real estate law
Strong writing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability
to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, with advanced Word skills required Professional
demeanor and commitment to confidentiality Compensation & Benefits
