heavy equipment to support the production of high-quality compost,
mulch, and soil products derived from biosolids and organic
materials. This role ensures efficient material movement, blending,
loading, and equipment upkeep, all while maintaining strict
environmental and safety compliance standards. How You Make an

transforms waste into something valuable. Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in heavy equipment skills (excavator, dozer, grader,
etc.) Ability to run all screening plants proficiently; including
operator maintenance and cleaning as required Proficient in
blending operation including material mixing via heavy equipment,
depending on skill level. Perform pre-shift inspections and
preventative and routine maintenance on loader, such as
lubricating, fueling and cleaning. Operate heavy equipment in a
safe and effective manner, including attending and participating in
safety training sessions. Performs other tasks assigned by
supervisors. Qualifications: 2–3 years of heavy equipment operation
in industrial, agricultural, or recycling environments. Familiarity
with composting processes or environmental material handling. Basic
understanding of biosolid handling regulations. Strong attention to
safety and environmental protocols. Physical Demands: The physical
