???????We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to perform crucial job duties that ensure vendors get paid for services and products rendered. Job description:* Process employee out of pocket expenses through travel/expense software* Process credit card expenses through travel/expense software* Process AP invoices and check requests for out of contract and overhead invoices* Set up and initiate ACH payments to vendors* Record ACH & Wire transactions * Reconcile credit card statements* Responsible for answering and Directing AP Phone Calls and Emails* Problem solve AP questions and effectively communicate responses* Process weekly check run* Create and maintain files for positive pay* Generate and distribute various AP ReportsQualifications and Experience:* Must have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment* Team player * Can-do attitude with a strong attention to details * Minimum of one (1) year of accounts payable experience preferred* Associate's / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred * Construction industry experience a plus* Sage experience a plusIf interested, please apply!The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
