mortgage lender-broker which has built a reputation of exceptional
customer service and competitive mortgage financing. We specialize
in residential loans in Virginia, Maryland, DC and Florida, where
we have developed a strong referral base of successful realtors,
real estate attorneys, and certified public accountants - all
offering top-notch financial services to their referred clients. As
USA Loans grows we are looking to expand our team by adding an
experienced Mortgage Loan Closer and Post Closer. If you are

today!Principal Duties/Requirements:* Prepares legal documents
according to state and/or federal regulations* Ensures loans close
in accordance with Underwriter's approval and client policies and
procedures* Works with title companies on loan scheduling, document
delivery, final sign-offs* Assists in resolving issues at closing*
Prepares collateral files to Funding within required time-frame*
Reviews post-closing packages for accuracy and completeness* Cures
deficiencies* Meets performance requirements for volume, quality,
and timeliness* Minimum of two years of recent experience as a
Mortgage Closer is required* Minimum of High School Diploma or
equivalent is required* Strong attention to detail* Excellent
customer service
