Job Description:

Title: IT Implementation Coordinator The IT Implementation Coordinator works closely with senior leadership, IT teams, external vendors, and customers to coordinate enterprise initiatives related to the modernization, standardization, and continuous improvement of the site infrastructure and systems. The position ensures smooth project operations by providing direct support to change management, deliverable management, training and communications plans, and modifications to policies and procedures. The individual must be results-oriented, able to multitask, and take ownership of deliverables. Responsibilities: --- Develop and maintain effective lines of communication and relationships with IT leaders and staff, project sponsors and customers, to ensure IT department is delivering effective and efficient projects and services. Provide and present organizational communication and education related to IT enterprise projects. Ensure communications are consistent and coordinated. --- Support IT governance value assessment and prioritization activities ensuring IT program and project decisions align with organization strategic goals and are made in recognition of established IT governance criteria. Assist with the review, sequencing and scheduling of IT programs and projects and ensure they are made in recognition of prioritization performed, and resource availability. ---Develop, maintain, update, and oversee project plans and schedules. Manage vendor relationships within scope of project-specific work. This includes but is not limited to contract reconciliation, maintenance agreements, managing enhancements and upgrades, issue escalation, and partnership agreements. ---Prepare and present portfolio, program and project status updates to stakeholders. Assist in monitoring the portfolio of projects and recommending strategies to resolve major resource conflicts ---Lead organizational and departmental performance improvement activities including the development of standard operating procedures, policies, service portfolios, and SLAs. ---Oversee the change management/governance process in collaboration with the management, training, communications, and technical teams. ---Support the assessments of current technologies against customer needs and coordinates the review of new technologies in collaboration with IT Teams. --- Assist in tracking of metrics for reports that support operations, budgeting, and performance management efforts. --- Assist in documenting the post-deployment processes, best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications: --- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination/management. --- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, communication, or related discipline preferred. A suitable combination of education, training or experience will be accepted. --- Superb verbal, written and presentation skills. --- Excellent creative, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. --- Strong strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit highly desired. --- Ability to understand complex topics related to technology. --- Strong attention to detail and outstanding follow-through. --- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. --- Results oriented and a problem solver. --- Enjoys working with people and helping them daily, natural customer service drive. --- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a group setting, as needed. --- Experience with knowledge management and collaboration portals, such as Teams and SharePoint desired.
