This is a full-time position with Tecknomic working on a project with the Department of Buildings (DOB). This role is onsite. Applicants must be able to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination at the initial screening stage.The position closes on 11/6/2024.Job Description:The candidate will be responsible for the provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Candidates should have 6-10 years of experience.Department of Buildings MissionThe mission of the District of Columbia Department of Buildings is to protect residents, businesses, and visitors, and to promote the development of the built environment through permitting, inspections, and code enforcement.Role OverviewThe CRM System Admin will oversee the provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and infrastructure.Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of federal and District of Columbia records management laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures; understanding of information governance and the records management lifecycle.
• Familiarity with record storage systems, retention procedures, and relevant rules established by the District of Columbia and the Department of Buildings.
• Ability to evaluate program operations and implement improvements.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with records officials, federal and state agents, the public, peers, and management.
• Sound judgment and discretion in policy development and application.
• Effective communication skills for organizing ideas, presenting findings, and preparing related materials.
• Understanding of the Agency's Records Programs and their integration with e-records systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines, with a strong customer service focus.
• Experience interpreting laws, regulations, procedures, or guidelines.
• Ability to manage automated systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).What we offer:
